Management Team Customer Closeness

Engaging the broader client team with the target market can really inspire and invigorate. In a recent project the management team and shoppers carried out parallel pre tasks. They all visited a range of competitor and their brand’s stores and shopped to meet their own or their twinned customer’s needs.

They then observed their twin respondents in a group discussion followed by a customer & client mingle. This highlighted and challenged entrenched preconceptions in a useful and positive way and provided great stimulus for the following day’s workshop.
