Jill Farrell
Jill is Claro’s administrative hub. She is our field manager, credit controller and office manager. Within field, her main focus is to ensure that we get the very best respondent recruitment for every project. She has a background in market research and planning and after spending 10 yrs at Nestle decided to try life on the agency side.
Natalie Ward
Natalie is our office constant. You are most likely to speak to her first when you phone. Natalie helps organise stimulus and fieldwork and pre and post tasks and keeps the wheels of the office turning.
